RavenPaw Silence is the blissfulness for the foolish Watching as Dovepaw gracefully leaped towards their uncle, her gaze turned back towards the commotions in front of the crowd. Her ears perked up when OwlScreech started signaling for certain warriors, to hear their thoughts on the options at paw. Quietly underneath the wings of Vulture's protection, she listened with curiosity. Then again when the strange tom spoke of burying bodies and planting seeds, the fur on her back rose. He spoke in a unnatural calmness in her eyes, should he be screeching more about why there's trespassers stamping on the field of flowers... Lavenders are plants too... The thought struck her mind as she looked around them, it would be best not to think about the possibility of everyone standing on a massacre of dead bodies. Thus the small she-cat tried to think something else, birds. They're great, can be scary, and yet beautiful. "Why not feed the crows, they bleed the same color as we do..." The words muttered between her teeth, briefly thinking about how the clans struggled through the long-cold. She found crows useful, as they can help find dead things. Furthermore the different songs of birds can help tell what season it is. However the reality is at the moment in front of her, and what choice Owlscreech makes, she'll have to follow for now. Even though herself wouldn't mind walking another miles away from any other rouge plant cults or clans.

VipernoseThe tabby looked to Pythontail and nodded, glad that someone saw her point. She decided that she liked the female, and she would have to talk to her later, after all of this was settled. Maybe even at the meal, if Owlscreech agreed to attend.
Vipernose sat back on her haunches and waited for her leader to make up his mind, but instead he called out her name and some others, including her mate. What now? She grunted, and stood up, following the young tabby away from the clans.
She sat next to Ravenfoot, trying her hardest not to lean her head on his shoulder. She was doing her job, she couldn't get side-tracked. No fooling around when she was dealing with serious business. She instead glanced at the tom next to her and smirked, acknowledging him.
She listened to her lover as he spoke, the smirk on her face growing into a smug grin. He, too, seemed to be thinking the same as her. So why was Owlscreech so against the idea?
As Hollowdusk spoke, the deputy nodded. It would be good to get a few more details before accepting. That still didn't mean that they shouldn't attend at all, though.
And then suddenly, Radio was speaking again, talking about seeds and herbs. She could picture Ferntrail's excitement at what the Towers' leader spoke of, but she didn't turn to listen to him. They needed to make up their minds.
Pythontail spoke then, also vouching to accept the invitation. Vipernose listened intently, noting how wide her vocabulary expanded. She liked that the black she-cat knew how to make a statement that was very convincing. An exceptional warrior, indeed.
The molly decided that since all the other cats had stated their opinions, it was her turn to speak. Before she did so, she gently curled her tail around her paws, and looked at each cat in the group, slightly nodding to each of them to show that she respected their thoughts.
"I believe that all the opinions that have been shared are reasonable." she began. "Ravenfoot makes a point in hearing out all of what they want from us before anything, as well as Hollowdusk. As for Pythontail," Vipernose looked at the other molly, giving her a small smile. "Her ideology is very thought out and precise. She is right to say that these other cats could've attacked us already if that was their intention, and yet they haven't. They do seem similar to us in some ways, but they also have differences that could teach us new things."
The deputy looked at Owlscreech, raising a brow. "They have herbs that we could use to heal the injured in our party, herbs that we haven't seen in four moons. Ferntrail and Fawnstep would learn new techniques from these Tower cats that can be passed down to the next generation."
She looked behind her, seeing that she ought to hurry or Bluepaw might start a fight, and Ferntrail seemed to be attempting to converse with Radio and Spider. She turned to look back at the small group she was huddled in. "I say we ask if they have any demands of us, and if they are understandable, I presume we accept the invitation, and learn more about them during this feast they speak of." She hesitated, then continued. "I am not letting my stomach lead me rather than my heart and mind," She said this directly to Owlscreech, knowing that this was probably what he had been thinking earlier. "I am only trying to make a good alliance with these new cats, and maybe learn new techniques and gain some knowledge from them in the process."
She looked around at the group one last time, her eyes lingering on her mate.
"After all, as Pythontail said, we didn't give this journey all we had - our strength, our courage, our love - just to give up."

I said hey look Ma, I made it. As the chosen cats got settled around him, Owlscreech felt some of his nagging anxieties begin to disappear. The cats he had chosen were all trusted members of Shadowclan, cats who had been here since before Pumpkinstar accepted little ol' Owlkit into his Clan. Each cat that sat next to him had generations of Shadowclanners running through their veins, and if the five of them could come to an agreement, Owlscreech would know he was making the right choice. And, well, if their decisions were split down the middle... Owlscreech would still have to make a decision and deal with the repercussions of disagreeing with one half of his group later.
The first cat to speak up was Ravenfoot, and while Owlscreech didn't know the grey tom particularly well, he knew he was Vipernoses' mate. His deputy was a strong she-cat, and when Owlscreech had learned about her relationship with Ravenfoot, he found the question of why he never saw them spending time together lingering in the back of his mind. He had never found a good time to ask Vipernose if she knew she was carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders when she had a family that would support her no matter what, much like Owlscreech knew Bluepaw did for him, but the least he could do was invite the Shadowclan warrior to join their little counsel, and perhaps show Vipernose that Ravenfoot was capable of shouldering some of these decisions with her.
Shoving Vipernoses relationship out of his mind, the tan tabby nodded along with what Ravenfoot had said. Owlscreechs personal distaste for rogues had made him quick to want to refuse Spiders offer without even asking what it was they wanted from them. The tom then turned his attention to Hollowdusk as the eldest warrior began to share his thoughts. This tom was the closest thing Bluepaw had had to a father, and Owlscreech felt a unique kind of respect for this tom, though he wasn't entirely sure the same affection was shared by the russet warrior. He knew based on what Bluepaw had told him that Hollowdusks family was very much based in Clan tradition, and Owlscreech was painfully aware of how he was breaking many of Shadowclans rules in appointing himself the leader, even if Vipernose had agreed with him.
As expected, Hollowdusk had pointed out just how unsettling the rogue's sudden appearance was. And, just as predictably, Hollowdusk stated how desperately Shadowclan needed land. While the russet tom might not be happy to accept The Towers demands, he easily made it clear that he didn't think Shadowclan had a choice. As if on cue, Radio had meowed loud enough to catch his attention, and began to explain this 'ritual' in more depth. Had he been listening to their conversation, even after Owlscreech had asked for a few moments of privacy? Owlscreech narrowed his eyes slightly in irritation at having his simple request so obviously ignored, but at least Radio had given them the information they had needed to know. Owlscreech was also pleased to hear Mushroomstar had accepted the feast, as the young tom was unable to shake the thought of unknowingly demanding his cats eat prey laced with deathberries. A seed burial, as strange at it was, was definitely more up Owlscreechs alley.
With Radios attention drawn away from their small group, Owlscreech allowed his eyes to shift from the black tabby and land on Pythontail, who was expressing her own opinions in a hushed tone. As his warriors began to agree with one another, Owlscreech began to wonder if he was too suspicious for his own good. His mother had brought him up with one very specific lesson repeated throughout his short time with her, which was never to trust another cat further than you could throw them, or how you should never trust a strangers word, for you never know what tricks they had hidden under their friendly demeanor. But... Owlscreech had broken that rule the day he met Bluepaw and allowed the thoughts of a home away from the city burrow into his mind. Things had turned out okay then, hadn't they? He joined Shadowclan, and even with the struggles he had in the beginning, he was still alive and well- Hell, he was proclaimed leader, as crazy and stupid as that decision was!
Owlscreech had already made his decision, but he was prepared to listen to the rest of his parties thoughts when Ferntrail, Shadowclans newest Medicine cat, padded up to them and spoke in a tone soft enough even Owlscreech himself struggled to hear it. Unlike Radio, Ferntrails interruption was more than welcomed, as she was a high rank who Owlscreech trusted to have Shadowclans best interests in mind. He couldn't help the light chuckle that left his lips as she mentioned Mushroomstar, but he nodded his head all the same. "I understand your concerns, and I agree with you, but I don't think Mushroomstar would ever join ranks with The Towers. If anything, he'd want to overtake them, but we all know Windclan doesn't have the numbers for that." Nodding his head again, Owlscreech silently invited Ferntrail to sit with them and listen in as Vipernose spoke up. The tabby she-cat had given him a look once or twice during her speech as if she felt she had to clear something up with him, but Owlscreech simply smiled at her and blinked his eyes in understanding.
"Oh, it was never my intention to give up," Owlscreech meowed with a slight grin. "I knew that even if I did accept Radio's terms I wouldn't allow The Towers to walk all over Shadowclan. These cats have enough land to fit all four clans, had Thunderclan and Riverclan survived, there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to settle here." Rising to his full height, Owlscreech looked at each cat in his circle before he nodded. "Let's take Shadowclan home."
Owlscreech broke away from his group of warriors with his tail held high, making a beeline for Radio and stopping only a few tail lengths away from the rogue. He dipped his head respectfully before speaking loud enough for all of Shadowclan to hear him. "My warriors and I have come to an agreement. You say you want us to attend a ceremony where you will supply everything we would need to participate, and if we're only required to bring ourselves in exchange for land, we have no problems attending. However, I must insist that we have some say in where we settle, preferably in a forest with lots of shade as that's what Shadowclan is used too. It appears you have a rather large forest to the southeast, and if you're only using it for hunting, I'd like to suggest that area for Shadowclan." 1,138 words

We are all stones, all different shapes and sizes. Separated we are nothing but rocks, but together we can soar to new heights creating our own
tower
Radio tail curled in amusement as the cat known as Owlscreech spoke to his clan mates now in more whisper to which sound did not travel far enough for Radio to hear. A shame really, Radio hated wasting time with cats wanting to ask him questions then taking so long just to ask them. That was why he addressed them when he heard them. Why leave it up in the imagination? He rather save them all time. He was however, very pleased by the results. The lost of land wouldn't at all cripple The Towers. They still had plenty. With new groups of cats around, it would make things so much more fun....Like when the last groups were here...and the ones before them. This would be fun for them all.
Radio gave a nod to Owlscreech and glanced over at Mushroomstar. "I will be sure to show you all I can. In fact I have the perfect place in mind for both of you. It was easy to think of what to give to windclan. But when you told me you wanted a forest with barely any sunlight. I knew exactly the perfect place for you. You'll fall in love with it, its a marvel really. I bet you cats have never seen a forest so tall..." He then added "And because you've been so willing to take this deal I'll go ahead and give the land to you, just don't be late for the rituals and bring every cat in the clan. I trust you'll both do so." He hummed in satisfaction.
He muttered under his breath where no cat could hear "Let the fun begin..."Let the fun begin.
